Excellent. Friendly phone interaction when setting up service. We were returning into port from a cruise and needed a ride to our hotel. Driver was on time, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I had Excel Limousine as my transportation for my wedding at the end of June 2015. The driver (Tom) was on point, courteous and very helpful. His professionalism and well mannered approach made my big day pleasant for myself and my wedding party. Howie (owner of Excel) provides an awesome rate and is very efficient/quick in answering all questions, phone calls and emails. It was really easy to deal with Excel Limousine and would recommend them to be anyone’s source of transportation for any kind of function.

Howie and the staff at Excel Limousine Service are PHENOMENAL! I traveled to Vancouver with my family for the first time. We needed transportation that included a car seat for our 2 year old. Howie took the time to ask questions and help me pick the exact SUV we needed. He and his staff are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and extremely nice! Everything from the vehicle, to the driver, to the service, was all first class. I HIGHLY recommend Excel to anyone traveling  in the Vancouver area.

Whether you have a large group or are simply looking for superior reliable car service for a single individual you could do no better than excel limousine. I needed a car service that would pick us up at our hotel, make a stop so we could spend some time doing an errand, and then take us to a cruise ship. After contacting several services, I booked Excel based upon reviews and the price. Some companies surprisingly didn’t even return my message. Others were terribly expensive. Howie was very easy to communicate with in the process. The cost was very reasonable. The driver was a bit early, which was perfect. He was polite and knew his way around the side streets. I would use Excel again without hesitation.

Highly recommend this company. We used them to transport our party of 10 from plane to cruise ship. This company was the only one ( out of the several I called) who asked if we needed car seats or boosters then offered them at no extra charge. The driver was on time, coutreous and patient. He told us a lot about the city and made helpful suggestions about Vancouver. Will use the again.

Excellent service! We used Excel Limo for our wedding a few weeks back and couldn’t be happier. Howie was very helpful, reasonable and overall, very easy to work with. The driver arrived on time and had no problems getting to all our photo sites before taking us to our venue with time to spare. We would definitely go back with Excel in the future. We used Excel for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I spoke with Howie on the phone i can tell he was passionate about his business. He was easy going, provided great advice and did not try to “upsell” me unlike other limo companies i checked out. I really appreciated this as well as Howie’s sincerity and sense of humour. Our driver, Tom, was great as well. He arrived at the pick up location about 10 mins early and was very patient even when we were running late. Fair rates, excellent service, would definitely recommend Excel to any of my friends.
